No, they are copies - a set of genuine E46 M3 CSL wheels doesn't fit an E92 335i.

The wheel's aren't E46 CSL wheels - the E9x 'CS' design rims are subtly different. The spokes aren't as close together on the newer CS type.

Whilst true, there is also a nice website that tells you how many of every model car were registered

The website is fairly difficult to quickly get accurate information from though, your best bet is the source files it uses which are freely available from the DVLA website.
