Poundland Girl Wins Forced Labour Ruling

The problem is nkata, is that people will get trapped down the rungs.

Obviously not everyone is employable, but if you force people into crappy unskilled labour (usually renumerated at a standard wage with the benefits of no responsibilities) for a pittance, you're effectively condemning them to that life?

How are they meant to scrape enough cash to reskill?
How are they mean to be able to get enough time to properly job search.

Don't get me wrong, I bloody hate scroungers that exploit the system, but I'd rather pay for a few swine, then condemn a lot more.

let me guess though, signing individuals on jobseekers allowance up for random things or posting them loads of letters and parcels with insufficent postage would be harassment. ..

LOLS

You got to admit it's somewhat funny. I especially laughed at people sending Argos their own catalogues hahaha :D

Forced unpaid labour and deceiving the public with false statistics is appropriate acceptable behaviour is it?

It's only forced and unpaid in your tiny parallel utopian universe. The same universe where the end justifies the means and you chose to fight your windmills and delusions by creating criminal damage in supermarkets and causing financial losses to charities by trolling/exploiting their free postage otherwise provided for people who actually need it.

God damn, man. Flipping charities. You actually rob flipping charities now. Bravo. Viva la numbnuts revolution.

Has there ever been a successful prosecution of an individual alleged to be harassing a business entity by way of abusing a freepost system?

I'd be interested in some case examples if you can.

Ian duncan smith is a complete ******, reckons he can live on benefits, go on then! wont be spending 40 quid on breakfasts then will ya you utter ponce.

You talk of exploitation? who's exploiting who eh? clearly delusional.

God damn man. Flipping charities. They actually abuse, exploit and rob the poor of a wage packet now. Bravo. Viva la numbbrains.

You've been swimming in bong land for so long you can't distinguish the difference between force and voluntary, our tiny parallel universe is bong free.

Fallacy, appeal to legality rather than addressing the point

does the taxpayer have any choice in whether they pay taxes? you rant on about force when conditons are applied to claiming benefits, which is ultimately an entirely voluntary activity, and yet you see nothing wtong in forcing people to contribute towards benefits at whatever rate you see fit with no recourse.

Do you actually hold any positions that aren't mired in hypocrisy?

Isn't working an entirely voluntary activity? You rant on about force when conditions are applied, you earn a certain amount you pay tax. If you have a grievance with tax you could always start your very own campaign. Hypocrisy of the highest order.
(Boycott taxation) ;)

Lets do some checks shall we?

which of the following acitivites can you be sent to prison for not doing
a) working a job you are capable of doing
b) claiming benefits you are entitled to
c) paying tax you owe.

only one of these activities is enforced, and it is not claiming benefits.

Taxation is always relevant in a debate on benefits, because the state has no money to distribute without first taking it via taxation, or borrowing against future taxation.

As you say, working a job you are capable of doing is not enforced. If you don't want to owe tax then find some other means to survive, completely voluntary? course not, it's no more voluntary than having to claim benefit when one finds oneself without an income, in majority of cases through no fault of their own. Come on over to our parallel universe, you wont have to passively breath in others use of the bong.

You have a good point there working should be entirely voluntary.

But you should also by the same token fend for yourself so if you choose not to work to pay for food and housing, then you must find some other way of surviving and not rely on people working to keep you.

I would be 100%.behind this idea.

Dude. We've been entertaining your tales from parallel universe where you claim being gay is a disease and innocent white BNP supporters like yourself suffer alleged racist oppression from "vile" asian minorities for long enough. Most of us by now have pretty good picture of just what kind of person you are, what's you fight and how far out of touch with reality you venture in your posts.

But if you think you can use the forum as a propaganda platform to draft some numbnuts into helping you create financial losses to CHARITIES, without consequences then mate, keep it flipping up, sooner or later you will become instant media sensation if not an internet meme. Because everybody loves and supports bigoted militant xenophobes who smash goods in supermarkets and rob charities in the name of social justice.

So, you would like to silence me eh? deny me my right to freedom of expression? with threats of consequences just for having and expressing an opinion which I strongly believe in, not a chance dude, when those retailers and charities stop exploiting the poor then our campaign will stop, NOT UNTIL.

If my posts upset you, you can always add me to your ignore list, you're going on mine.
