I think they usually announce something so big in the keynote.

But the caps UNIMPRESSED was not serious. I'd like to see a new version but Android is already very good.

They could wait until Apple release a new iOS then Google can steal their thunder with real improvements and innovation.

Im getting the All Access pop up on my Play music account which was us registered but when i click on Try Free it just says server error

Also my G+ hasn't updated yet.....weird

I have the same, and have tried a US proxy to see if I can enable it. However predictably once you connect with a US proxy you need a US registered credit card to get access.
