Nice core clock speeds, but £420 for a 7970 just a few weeks before NVidia's gimped-Titan arrives is asking for a lot of loyalty from AMD fans.
 
Glad to see the king is back, back with its original price tag too, not the £500 that was being charged a few weeks back.
 
So clearly the 780 is going to be a lot more than £420 then.

Could be, but no price is final until launch day. Sometimes the price of a new item can literally change 1 minute before it launches. AMD/NVIDIA love to play games with each other and us lot get caught in the middle. ;)
 
MSI do the Lightning's and do them well. It is a shame they didn't make these in Titan form :(

Anyone who likes being top of overclocking bench threads should jump on these.
