Probably Final Fantasy IV, VII, Tales of Phantasia, Shadowrun, or Chrono Trigger. Out of that list I spent the most amount of time on Final Fantasy VII, Tales of Phantasia, and Chrono Trigger but FF7 remains my favourite game.

Spend many hours smashing the life out of the ZX Spectrum keyboard.

Mum, "Dinners ready...."
Me, "Just 5 more mins I'm on a top score"

You would have heard that a lot.

Let me think of some more..........

the most memorable game of my childhood has to be simon the sorcerer I&II and there was also this game, can't remember the name, might have been claw? anyway you were a rat with clothes on and you had sword and maybe a gun, it was epic.

A few others i remember growing up, warcraft 3, Starcraft 1 and settlers 2.

I grew up on the PS1 so the main games of my childhood would be

Spyro (1 and 3, missed 2 for some reason)
Worms Armageddon
Need for speed Porsche 2000

Still have them to this day :)

Hah, I've never known anyone else who's ever heard of Claw! :D Weren't you a Pirate Cat Captain? Still have a boxed copy of it in the garage! Was an excellent game.

I sunk the most time of my childhood gaming into Final Fantasy VII and Pokemon Red, so those would be my choices. I was most impressed with the N64 version of Super Mario 64 when it was released (still an impressive game to this day), and most captivated by Ocarina of Time.

Top 5:

Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask.
Mario, all of them.
Pokemon: Red, Yellow and Silver.
Super Smash Bros. all of them.
Mario Kart, all of them.

Defo Sonic, Micro Machines, Street Fighter, Eco the Dolphin (C64), Fifa and Top Gun (C64), Daley Thomsons Decathlon, broke many a joystick with this one

I honestly can't remember what it was, it was either a rat or a cat :D

That game was so good, might see if i can find a windows 7 compatable version of it!

I loved the pokemon collection until it hit DS. I kinda grew out of it then, but I just hated that they ditched the old pokemon and replaced em with new ones. didnt like the 3d pokemon gameplay either. I still get the odd urge to dig out my old SP (had one new, but sold it, got myself one last year from gamestation in a 99p clearance bin!) and play some pokemon.
