What does everybody think?

Personally, I think it looks very smart. Angular but sleek. It's nowhere near as girly as the previous 1 coupe and nowhere near as ugly as the front end of the current 1 series hatch. Hope the final one has colour coded mirrors though. Aside from that BMW are definitely onto a winner with this, especially in M235i form.

Looks very nice though. Much nicer than the latest 1 and 3 series IMO.

Yes. The 2 series is the new 1 series coupe and the 4 series is the new 3 series coupe. They are now separate models, presumably because Audi do the same with the A5 which is basically an A4 coupe.

Yep, think it looks pretty great. Very similar to the GT86 I think, which is no bad thing IMO.

Good looking car. Nothing special, doesn't make me go "wow that's beautifully designed" like most of BMW's modern range, but it's smart.

Yeah, BMW are doing the same with the 3-Series. The coupe will be known as a 4-Series.

Looks like a 1 series coupe, which I guess is the point.

Its a shame most BMWs are now just 'some car' on the road. There range is just a sliding scale of size with body options.
