Hi

there is a song at the moment in which the lyrics are really annoying me.

MACKLEMORE "Can't Hold us"

The chorus goes

Here we go back, this is the moment
Tonight is the night, we’ll fight 'til it’s over
So we put our hands up like the ceiling can’t hold us
Like the ceiling can’t hold us
Here we go back, this is the moment
Tonight is the night, we’ll fight 'til it’s over
So we put our hands up like the ceiling can’t hold us
Like the ceiling can’t hold us

I've highlighted the ones that make me want to scream at the radio.

THE CEILING DOESNT HOLD YOU THE FLOOR DOES !! Unless you are in some kind of transdimensional building.

aaaaggghhhhh

Last time a song really annoyed me was Beyonce's "Single Ladies". You might think thats strange but let em explain.

When I was young either going to school or to the shops on the bus when it rained the driver would have the windscreen wipers on. You can guarantee they made an annoying squeaking noise as they lurched backwards and forwards and on a glum rainy day last thing you wanted to hear was the sound of sqeeeeuuuuuk, squeeeeek, every 5 seconds on a 20 minute journey.

Right now listen to Beyonce's "Single Ladies" and tell me whether you can hear the same squeak, squeak, Squeak, Squeak played every few seconds. The beat in the background has a noise like "whurp" "whurp" "whurp" and it just reminds me of the squeaky bus wipers.

On our support desk it annoyed us so much we renamed it "The Wiper song". It was on Radio Galaxy's playlist and they used to play it once every half an hour, sometimes more.

If you know what I mean you will never listen to "Single Ladies" in the same way again.

What songs annoy you lately ?

Single ladies annoyed me because it was ****, just like Beyonce herself and everything she and her feller have ever produced.

Killing me softly. All of it. It just makes me rage. No idea why, but it irks me greatly, I have to turn it off straight away or it winds me up.

ANYTHING by Dizzee Rascal, his voice makes me want to hit things.

Any song by that stupid dyke who was friends with Lily Allen, I forget her name but there's was this one song either annoying voice and I just wanted to murder her. I'm getting irate even thinking about it :p

Just anything at all with Will.i.am in it. I turned off a BBC news piece the other day when that stupid, annoying, talentless, over-used, attention seeking, pillock dressing, rubbish spouting idiot popped up in a tech related video. I hate that he is in any way associated with the industry I am in and I hate the fact that he is held up as some sort of tech nerd or visionary. God I hate that man.

I hate the guys music, but from all the interviews and whatnot I have seen, he is a top-dollar bloke, some of the things he does for charity and the work he is involved with is great, and he is genuinely charismatic chap.

But I do HATE his music.

Every single time I have seen him talk he comes across as a clueless idiot. I am sure that he is not a bad guy but I really really can't stand people like him. Jessie J comes under the same umbrella. People who dress like complete gimps and do their utmost to always be the center of attention.

American Boy by Estelle. I don't know what it is about it, but it really grates on me. Actually makes me feel physically sick.

Anything sung by Gobbie Williams. Even if he sang me Happy Birthday I'd still want to slap a Kipper round his face.
