While browsing Gizmodo...on how to speed through call centre queues.

Apparently there are up to 80 different number combinations and call routes on some of the beastly automated systems. Now Clarke’s Pleasepress1.com takes the hassle out of trying to figure out the fastest route, saving you masses of time and preventing you going insane, lost in a mass-maze of touch-tone menu options.

In principle, it's quite a good idea. I'm not sure that it will save you any time though, as you still need to wait for a customer services operator and menu options are designed to stop you from 'just being on hold'.

My current favorite site, before you buy anything online just drop them a link and they get in touch with the main dealer and do a bit of hustling to see if they can get it any cheaper, always comes in between 4-7% which on something like a decent guitar is a pretty good saving!

That's to much effort. Just download invisible hand extension for Chrome does the same thing without any effort.
