Moore Tornado, NOW, live chaser footage

Looks like one has just formed outside of a small town called Meeker and it's going to go through it.


Could be mile and a half to 2 miles wide... heading right for Meeker.
 
Why is no news channel on sky covering this? Surely this is more news worthy than talking about the papers headlines..
 
That is a serious monster :eek: can't begin to imagine how powerful that is

Is this going on right now ? Can't seem to get any feeds with audio,?

The damage must be insane :(

**** One of the news feeds saying there were 75 children in a classroom/building that was hit, buried under rubble!

Granted there may be a lot of un verified info out there.
 
The News9 feed has audio

They are also following chasers around. Sounds like there are 2 or 3 funnels forming atm

Big one outside Pauls Valley where most of the chasers are
 
1 child survived at least - hopefully they can find more. Absolutely heartbreaking. These are 8-9 year old kids we're talking about.
 
What boggles my mind is that Moore was devastated by an F5 in 1999 - yet the school didn't have a proper shelter! The "safe" area was a hallway, ffs :mad: Why doesn't every school in Tornado Alley have a concrete bunker underneath?!?!

It's a shame isn't it! Perhaps it did and they didn't have enough time to get to it? Or more likely they couldn't afford?

But apparently the students are all accounted for, but unconfirmed at the moment as to the health of them.
