Not surprised about this. That is one powerful storm going by what I am seeing on GRLevel3. Tornado warnings out and slight hook. This is why people are needed on the ground so supplement the radar.

Just read a tweet saying tornado on the ground at Nocona and heading towards Gainesville. If true, the stormchasers might have to do a quick u-turn!

I was wondering...

Our weather has been very different this year so far with weather systems going more south and constant north, north easterly winds. It will be interesting to see how the tornado situation plays out over in the states, with the stream being out of wack.

Hope nobody dies though, tornados are amazing to watch but also deadly

Stratospheric warming was crazy this winter too!
