Can anyone help my finalise this build?

So I'm building a gaming desktop to run games such as Arma 2 and BF3. The current build so far is:

GPU- Nvidia GTX 650Ti 2GB £125
RAM- Corsair Vengeance 8GB £48
HDD- WD Caviar Blue 1TB £53
PSU- Corsair CX430- £36
Bitfenix Merc Alpha- £33
Optical Drive- Samsung 24x SATA DVD Writer- £15

Is this a good build? I am not sure what CPU and motherboard to get, and I would like it around £450. A motherboard I was looking at was the Asus P8B75M-LX, but to get an i5 for gaming just cost too much. I am also not sure about fans/cooling systems. If there is anything I could reduce or change as well, I'm open to that.

I'm a newb to all of this, so I don't know too much...

There are sufficient fans in the case for this build and the stock cooler will be fine.

I've checked OCUK prices on a system build recently and their prices came in cheapest, so you can't argue with that. It's always worth shopping about like always before you part with your hard earned cash.

No point having any savings wiped out with delivery charges from multiple suppliers!!
