Not bad assuming that translates to ~£249, wonder if the deal will make it to the UK

http://www.dell.com/us/p/XPS-10-tablet/fs

For $349 it includes the keyboard and extended battery

Dell XPS 10 comes with the following specs,
  • Office Home & Student 2013 RT
  • Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ S4 1.5GHz DC processor with 32GB Flash Storage
  • 1 Year Enhanced Support – America’s Best Standard Support
  • Windows RT
  • Keyboard Dock with Extended Battery
  • 10.1″ HD Display (1366×768) with capacitive multi-touch

It's online purchase direct from dell so as long as they post to the UK it should be fine pricewise , decent software onboard too.

Yup just checking a few things and probably going to pick one up, the battery discharging order still annoys me and I really wish you could select the opposite but at that price it's a pretty epic deal with RT 8.1 coming which should fix a fair few annoyances (50-50 snap!!)

"For $349 it includes the keyboard and extended battery"

The keyboard comes with the $449 cost, has the price changed?

Yeah, looks like that part of the deal has gone now - it was a specific model/offer rather than adding the keyboard/battery to the bog standard one as an option

bum :-( Will be on the lookout for a deal on a laptop instead then (in the USA).

Argos are selling these for £249 with a £20 voucher on any tablet purchased

Might get one later today

The office apps, skydrive, Skype, smart glass

Looks like a winner to me, plus a 10" tablet for Netflix  BARGIN!

Love it

Just need to create a fully patched USB recovery stick

Unfortunately like all windows laptops/pcs, there's a billion updates to do when you first power on

Very thorough, thanks glen8. Just goes to show... Cutting corners is the worst thing you can do when it impacts the user experience.
