well we're speculating for fun rather than whining - like you would in a rumour thread :). and yeah, none of our beliefs are valid, but they're still reasonable. nvidia conditioned us to expect high prices, e.g. with the 680 and the titan. and even though titan doesn't fit into the mainstream or the regular release cycle (and therefore isn't nvidia's real-world high-end), its similarity and proximity of release to the 780 make it likely that 780 = expensive.

anyway no, i'd get a full titan if i had the cash (but i still wouldn't call it good value!)
