Im not sure is it worth upgrading lads

My current setup is
2x 670s
i5-2500k OC 4.4ghz
Watercooling cpu
Asrock extreme 4
8gb ram

Monitor QNIX QX2710 2560x1440

My gpu's are Gigabyte GeForce GTX670 2GBD5 OC-Edition

I dont see a big improvement myself but I suppose you could say ill have the advantages of using one card again

thoughts?

I'm sticking with SLI 670s @1080p (but I do run at 120Hz and I looove the smooth gameplay). I'll see what's coming next from AMD/800 series personally, the 780 is nice but what I have now can handle almost everything maxed while maintaining 100+ FPS.

Unless you're seeing subpar FPS with your games I'd say stick with what you've got, but if you've got an itch then I understand :D

I have dual 670s too. Surely they beat a single 780 hands down on performance?
The 780 would need to be twice as powerful as a single 670 to roughly match it in SLI performance. And even if it was, you can get a pair of 670's for much cheaper than a single 780 currently. I picked up two for a little over £400

Woke up this morning to find lots and lots of gtx670/680's for sale on Irish buy and sell sites.
Super news for anyone like me looking to go sli 600 series.
Looking like Im going to pick up a 2nd 670 windforce for about £180-190.
Would have loved a mini Titan but way out of my price range.
Advice to anyone like me on a budget,go sli 600 or AMD xfire.

I am not suffering from the upgrade itch at all which has surprised me, probably due to having sli 670's. No point in losing frames just to have the latest card imo.

And I have yet to complain about any sli issues so far, it's been pretty much a problem free ride.

I am sticking with my 670s as nothing about the 700 series tempts me. Also better performance and thry will last me a while as I game at 1080p 120hz

My SLI 670's beat a Titan and if a 780 is inferior in performance to it then don't bother until the 780's price comes down.

Personally I'm waiting until people vote with their wallet and NV reduce their prices to an acceptable value as they can't shift stock or when the HD9000x comes out.

Going to a GTX 780 you would see a drop in performance.

If you did go for a GTX 780 in next to no time you would probably want to add a second to get back your lost performance which brings us back to sli.

As above perfectly respectable setup 2 x 670's keep em, if your determined to get more performance from them maybe think of watercooling them? :)

Shows GTX 680 SLi still burnin rubber against GTX 780/Titan.
It's cool that you now can get GTX 680 SLi for the price of one Titan :)

GTX 780 is simply nVidia's gap filler between the GTX 680 and GTX Titan, and NOT a replacement :)

I was this close to selling all my GTX 670's just to realize that for that money I'd get for them I'd just could afford one GTX 780 and take a hughe performance drop. Was hoping for GTX 780 but it's out of my price range.

Only by a small margin! :D

You didn't beat all the Titans.:D:p:)

lol believe me if the Titan was at a reasonable price I'd upgrade my 670's in a heartbeat, I just can't justify it's price at the mo. :(

On a brighter note I've been looking at the Panasonic VT65's. :D
