It's either fully bare or fully protected - no half measures :p
I like that the SGP has a two piece design - should make it easier to take off and put on.

I haven't seen any proper rock cases for the S4. Have you?
 
hehe :D I really should use the diztronic case to fully protect the phone but just can't! :(


If it is anything like the case mate tough, then yes, it should be very easy compared to gel/TPU cases (bit tough [pun intended :p] for the first few weeks but once it loosens up a bit, it is fine). Speaking of which, the case mate tough looks pretty nice for the GS 4!

This is quite a nice looking case too.

Doesn't look the same though.... but it looks like it offers some more protection around the top and bottom.

That is one area where Samsung handsets trash other OEMs, amount/choice of accessories, unbelievable the difference.
 
that Incipio DualPro is dull Nexus! - and bulky and silly pricey :p

Those fake rock case colours are a bit funky - browns not too bad.

I'll see how I get on with the Slim Armor tomorrow :D

Maybe you'll like the case but I absolutely detest the case. It doesn't offer that much frontal protection and it's like holding a bar of soap :o

But you've got an easy out so yes it can be easily returned if you don't like it. :) So it's a win-win, you got to love the returns policy!

It's not win-win, it's lose-lose. If you like the case you're mad and will damage your phone, plus you've supported a dishonest company; if you don't like it, you still wasted time even though you get your money back.

A bit negative eh Jedi? I won't be loosing any sleep for supporting a so called dishonest company.

My phone wasnt damaged and I got my money back and I got a member of my family to send it back for me. So no wasted time there.

So yes its a win win for me.
 
Yes stoosh, the case has arrived. Woot!

Initial impressions are that I like it and don't mind the thing lip in the front.

Buttons have a good feel and the cutouts for ports and mics are 100% precise and perfect. Very impressed with that.

It is a bit slippery but I don't find it so bad to stop me keeping it.

So far so good, plenty of overall protection yet still stylish.

Looking good kona, yes the buttons do have a good feel and the cutouts don't impede on the S4 itself. As long as you don't mind the lack of lip on the front and deal with the slipperiness you're good to go. :)

I have to say the picture on your phone (first pic) is awesome, it looks as if it's glued on the screen :cool:

That's all well and good Stoosh but I don't think the issue can be put to bed until we have a working and agreed upon definition of the popular phrases "win win" and or "win win situation", I'm going to assume that we have quorum of Eng Lang graduates who can be entrusted with the task and be expected to get us a working practice no later than end Q3 13, I'll leave you in charge of the project but try to get input from JeditOjanen as he has some interesting ideas on the matter that upstairs have noticed. In your good hands thanks.

I really like the Samsung case, it may not look as nice as my other SGP case but its very grippy.

Yep you can't mess with AMOLED.

My time's stretched as it is and I really can't afford to take on another project so I'm afraid that I'm going to decline your generous offer but I'm so touched that you had me in mind to lead the venture.

Seeing as it's such a great idea and I don't want to take kudos for your brainwave why don't you commence work on it instead?

Lol my times as stretched as yours unfortunately, I've decided to get the S4 so researching deals at the mo, looking like 3 via affordable mobiles will get my dosh, I'm presuming they're unbranded and reliable?

Edit to add they've got terrible reviews online I might just go to cpw, daang!

Nothing good on mobiles.co.uk? They're good to go, I've had a few cashback contracts with them and never had an issue.
