GpPro Black on ebay for £282.90, grey import?

I have a Silver but quite fancy buying the Black Edition as well, I have found this on ebay from quite a reputable seller for £282.90 which is essentially the same as I paid for the silver. Do you guys reckon it will be an import and if so would it have any warranty with GoPro?

Cheers buddy. I have emailed them anyway. The only thing is that it says it has a seller's warranty and nothing about the warrant with GoPro. Not that it really matters but I would rather it had manufacturer's warranty.
