Moore Tornado, NOW, live chaser footage

The TIV2 intercepted a large tornado (supposedly EF3/EF4) last night.

What the hell was that on the windscreen at 2:07?

Saw this today, sends shivers down my spine! Absolutely nuts!

Is the thing at 2:07 like a spark? If so some people are saying it must be metal debris of some kind impacting the steel armour of the vehicle!

I've seen a lot of footage from TVN, Dominator etc. which tend to get near the tornado but that was in another league!

It seems like Basehunters are on another supercell today that looks to be forming a funnel cloud, hard to tell, but its definitely a wall cloud.

Scratch that, its looking a little more just like scud than anything meaningful yet.

I just drove though those ******* things on my way down through iowa/nebraska/kansas this afternoon. I saw a convoy of storm chasers, and a couple of them set up on the side of the road with cameras/tripods.

It was a total nightmare, flash flood warning, golf ball size hail, tornadoes touching down. A radio alert came on and said a large tornado had been spotted touching down about 5 miles away and moving right towards where I was driving. I had a massive prolonged adreniline rush so bad that my hands/wrists got pins and needles which has never happened before. Basically trying to drive around with the roads turned in to little rivers sweeping my car off the road, can't see further than 10 feet, massive hail putting dents in my car, trying to escape these damn tornados.

My phone didnt have a signal so I couldnt check the radar or call anyone so was relying on the radio, but they only talk about county names and I have no idea what county I'm in or near. It was a little bit stressful driving around in a unfamiliar place in the middle of nowhere in those conditions trying to A. save my car from the hail and B. find somewhere safe if a twister hit. Ended up sheltering at a little gas station with some other people. The tornado warnings eventually got downgraded to watches and I saw on the TV radar there it was only about 15-20 miles to drive out of the storm sideways vs hours to wait it out length ways, so I decided to drive out at 30 mph hoping not to get swept away in a flash flood. Still hairy as ****.

Took this pic of the sky when I finally came out the other side. In the middle of the storm it was like night time.
