Hello All,

I'm thinking about getting a new 27" 3D monitor for some 3D gaming, I currently have a 7970 so assume I'll need to sell and get a NVIDIA card, but which one? Not sure what I'll get for the 7970 but I don't want to add much more (maybe another £100).

Looking at the monitors below.

Acer HN274Hbmiiid 27" TRUE 120Hz 3D Widescreen LED Monitor with NVIDIA 3D Vision Glasses

You will need to ask in the Members Market price checking area to find out a price for your HD7970

Also look in the sale area as well notice few people are selling up older NVidia cards to upgrade to newer ones.

You can use Tridef with your 7970 for 3d ?

I'm still running 3d vision on my 470, (24" 1080p)
I've overclocked a fair bit so more like 570 power but turn down a few settings and its perfectly acceptable for me. I find 3dvision generally costs a 40% hit on FPS. If you run cards stock, I'd recommend anything from 570/660 up.
