Official NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 Performance

anyone who thinks this will be under 400 quid get your head checked lol

its replacing the 680 market place so it will be 400 quid.

I also think nVidia will price these in the £400 - £450 range; they'll make it £100 less than the GTX 780.

If you already own a 670 or a 680 then I don't see much sense in buying the 770.

Nope, Nvidia will almost definitely price it at $449-499 (and this is an MSRP, which includes the profit margins for Nvidia, manufacturers, AIBs and retailers, bear that in mind). The UK prices will have to be adjusted for the present market though, and there's no place for a GTX 770 at much below £400.

Re-badging the 680 and then selling it for higher price than 680. Nvidia's marketing team are pure genius, they could sell people anything with a higher model number and people eat it up...

At £400 it's ridiculous, come on these should come in at £300 if Nvidia had any loyalty whatsoever to it's consumer base.

That result for Battlefield 3 on a single 770 @ 1080p is mental. Wouldn't mind getting that at all.

I wouldn't take too much notice of that chart to be honest. It isn't descript enough to show the full picture (in the games benching). It seems to be showing the highest fps achieved and this is poor, as the minimum and average are what is important.

Chart looks complete tosh. 770 lightning at 1240 vs 680 lightning at 1200mhz. If true the clock for clock difference appears to be next to nothing, the extra 40mhz would account for the 1-3 fps difference.

isnt the memory 1Ghz faster on the 770

Well spotted, 1ghz effective difference when we know a 680 lightning will surpass those clocks.

The chart is either completely fabricated or has been manipulated to make the 770 look better then it actually is.

Those stats look a lot higher than I thought they would be. Saying that...I've never played "Tomb Rider", so I'm not sure they were using real games when conducted these benches. ;)
