Company information formed in Bermuda?

Basically trying to find out if I can see shareholders and directors etc of a company that was formed in Bermuda.

All I have is their name, company number, incorporation date and jurisdiction.

Anyone got any advice?

I think they may be in custody in the US. Put your money in the washing machine on a short wash instead.
 
As someone who has the fun of applying Money Laundering regulations for new clients Bermudan companies don't have in depth public records you can search. Your best hope is to ask the company in question.
 
Don't forget that many companies can be listed on various exchanges but domiciled offshore in places like Bermuda for accounting purposes. This is true of a company I own shares of.

Quick details are, my business is Energy, mainly renewables and currently focusing on Large Scale Solar Farms.
A company looking to invest in one of my projects is "based" in Ireland but wants to deal financially out of Bermuda for obvious tax reasons.
Most of my previous projects have been funded out of France, Germany and Spain so Bermuda is a first and it would be nice to know where their money is coming from.

Obviously my accountants and solicitors are investigating etc but when it doubt go to the internets :D

I work for a large data provider and I can find no mention of that company I'm afraid.
