Yes, there is a tutorial to get you used to it. But best to learn against someone.
I'm always up for a game and I don't feel the need to win so if you want to play against me and I let you know where I am going or you just want to play simple games give us a shout. That goes for anyone I am happy to play proper games or if you want to try stuff out etc. I know what I am doing but hardly have the best of reflexes so I no-one has to worry about me beating them chances are I won't!

Maybe we can get a OcUK team going and go stomp people in 10 vs 10.

Just bought this, this morning off steam and currently downloading it(30mins left).
Never played EE but saw the videos and trailers for this and i have to admit looks a lot of fun and a very good game! So shall probably see some of you online at somepoint!

Hi folks, I have just picked this up too, I would be up for some MP games, some 2 v 2 or as many as we can get on each side!
I did not play the beta or European Escalation, so I fully expect to be rubbish, to that end I would prefer to play with and against similar experience levels til I get the hang of it.

Gunship the command vehicles to only get attacked from the one side - then you can absorb and push.
I've ordered this should arrive Saturday (dam you Royal mail!) but having never played the first was wondering what the learning curve was like?

There are tutorials but the best way is to just play other people - we had some good games last night so hop on. The key really is to have a deck so each unit has a clearly defined purpose and you have them all covering each other. The temptation is to get a load of main battle tanks and then your opponent will just burn through them all in a few minutes if you can't defend from air attack or pick you off from a distance as they will see you but you won't see them.
Also when you attack suppress suspected enemy positions and use smoke otherwise your tanks end up as the targets in a duck shoot.
(Oh and don't hate the French they have the best mobile tanks in the game just remember with you as a general they get to attack the enemy for once and not run away!)
