GTX 570 SOC Fan Stopped Working

I cleaned out my PC today and after putting my 570s back in I noticed the first fan on my main card has stopped working. It's spinning at the moment, but not as much as the other fans and wasn't spinning at all when for the first 20 or so minutes after starting up my PC.

I'm wondering what my options are at this point. I think I'm still covered for an RMA but I don't really think it's worth the hassle for just 1 fan. Can you buy a replacement fan for it? Or would it be possible to fix if I were to figure out the problem with it? Is it safe to keep my card in with 1 fan not working? The other 2 are working fine. Should I not be playing demanding games at all until it's fixed?

Thanks in advance.

It could be that the fan profile for the card is set to run at a low percentage speed at low temperatures. Just a thought.

I updated my Nvidia drivers recently and it sent my phantom's fan profile all over the shop. Luckily, I set a nice speed curve with Afterburner; and it solved the problem.

Well, I use Afterburner already however it did need to be updated. I updated it and checked my fan again and it seems to be working now. I'll keep checking up on it and see how it goes. Thanks.

Nope, definitely not ok. Was playing Skyrim today and getting pretty low fps, so went to check my SLI and it had disabled it and picked my 2nd card as the main one. So I enabled SLI again and went into Skyrim to find everything flashing blue. Disabled SLI again and it went back to normal. Must be because the fan stopped working, right? I've taken the card out now, going to look for a replacement fan. If that doesn't work, I'll RMA it.

Anyone have any suggestions for a replacement fan?

EDIT: Took out my 2nd card and put the main one back in on it's own to check it. Nvidia control panel automatically selects my CPU over my card. Does this mean my card is damaged? Should I just RMA it straight away?

best to rma it imo the cooler is designed for 3 fans so best to have them all working also the other 2 might fail at some point

gigabyte have uk returns and the turn around time is very quick from my experience
(1 week or so)

what cpu/mobo do you have

if its a sandy/ivy with a mobo with display outputs then you can still use your pc

Ok, so should I be sending the RMA to OC or to Gigabyte themselves?

I have a second graphics card, so it'll be fine by itself, just a bit lonely :P
