They have to refund *your return* delivery fee if (and only if)
1) You return a faulty item (SOGA)
or
2) They didn't specify in their T&Cs that consumer pays return postage on DSR returns (DSR)
The purpose of the DSR is effectively to bring the shop to you to give you the same right to look over the goods as you would have if you had went into the shop itself.I've always found that weird because regular shops don't have to compensate your travelling expenses and it must really hurt independents
