Yeah my budget is big don't have to be exactly 1700 in cost can be much less already got the most expensive part which is my GTX 680 but running on an old PCI 2.0 Board and it cant run any new cpus

Would need an OS win7 or 8 no need for keyboard and mouse. a Monitor would be good don't need 3d ideally "30
