New Skoda Octavia vRS

A lot of people saying it looks understated; I agree and for me this is part of the appeal of the Octavia VRS. Pretty quick but to the average person it was "just another skoda"

I think I prefer the facelift mk2. Probably not helped by the fact I can't stop my eye being drawn to that distracting camera thing in the grille.

Generally I don't like estates but that one is really quite nice. Normal version isn't bad, looks nice enough but I can't help but think it's another VAG car and looks like all the rest.

Just to buck the usual OcUK new car thread tradition that is saying they don't like the alloys whatever they happen to be. Personally I like both sets of alloys. I do often find myself wondering what alloys would ever receive the OcUK seal of approval. The only thing I can think of is the traditional BBS style wheels. So question to those saying they don't like the wheels. What would you say should be the choice of wheel for this car?

Both look great to me, hate the alloys.

PS - Have we seen the new Fabia VRS yet?

There isn't any talk of a new Fabia yet....well OK there is talk, but with a 2015 slated release you're unlikely to see many pictures yet.

Well I'm currently on my 3rd Octy vRS and from what I can see there is no reason why I wont at least take a good look at owning my 4th in about 18 months time.
Want to see some interior pics.

I'd back up the 2015 date for the fabia vrs. I've got a 2011 one and its one of the first.

This octavia vrs estate looks like a cracker though. I love the look.
