I use this software all the time for game activations, netflix and reading blocked websites. The premium service you receive allows you to select between US, AUS or UK servers and is ad-free.

There's no rule I can find against it?

Please re-consider; I gain nothing from the referral other than an entry into a competition to possibly have some of my expensive university fee's paid. I'm not being a criminal here.
