Is there an accepted National dress for England?

Came up in discussion last night, it was Sweden's national day yesterday and I saw plenty of Women wearing it. Not so many Men :P

So for England i had Morris dancers.. Pearly Kings and Queens?? or these on this website Saxon clothes Which surely could be half of Norther Europe in that century

Answers on a postcard please.

If i had to choose one i guess id go with Morris dancers but.... seriously the shame :P

There are a few - here are two examples of parade dress worn by native Britons

The following is mostly worn by English people from assorted Chav towns up north and from Essex:

They tend to assemble and chant traditional football types chants - often requires a shaved head, low IQ, inability to think rationally. Are generally a bit intollerant especially towards people from the below group.

Mostly worn by English people from East London and from the scummy areas of other Major cities such as Bradford and Birmingham.

They tend to assemble and get angry (occasionally one of them blows himself up or kills someone) - often requires a beard and wearing of pajamas in public, low IQ, inability to think rationally. Have an extreme intolerance of people perceived to insult their religion/magic sky pixie - tend to get particularly angry with the above group, the armed forces and Cartoonists.

Thread about English national dress.

10 posts to become lolislam thread.

GD, I am depress.

???

I targeted both sets of numpties lolEDL and lolIslam would me more accurate

And they're both reasonable examples of our contemporary 'English' national dress... The fact that both the EDL and Muslims are a bit LOLworthy shouldn't matter.
