I'm currently quite low on cash, and, alongside a couple of games I play occasionally, I was hoping you guys could help me find a PC game or two, preferably free ones, that I won't be able to put down until completion (or at all if it's an mmo-type). I already play LoL so no need to suggest it. Other than that, all suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

If you feel like multiplayer action, QuakeLive and War Thunder.

You can also keep an eye on HumbleBundle and pay a penny for a large collection of games.

LOTRO will just frustrate you if you don't want to spend money on it. Planetside 2 is excellent, and Rift is going f2p very shortly. Aion has a decent f2p model too.

Aion is okay but i got bored with it after a month or so. Not really free either as there are so many restrictions such as only allowed to gather 150 items a day, can't use the auction house, can't use guild bank.

Not sure about any free 'not put down until completion games'. Most f2p games seem be shooters of some sort or mmos. It may be worth you checking on Steam in the f2p section. Apart from that:

World of Tanks
Planetside 2: works best if you find yourself an 'outfit' to play with, there's a thread on it on the forum
LOTRO: though not sure about the f2p experience as I had lifetime subs when it converted so I've a VIP account now
Team Fortress 2

Definitely Path of Exile.

Planetside 2 and LOTRO are very good too. You should be able to unlock a lot of the content for free in these.

Neverwinter looks surprisingly promising, I was expecting it to be a flop.

I didn't like Hawken or MechWarrior Online at all.

Team Fortress 2.

It was worth the every penny they charged before it went FTP and there hadn't been any updates.

Many years and free updates have really made it a top class game.

It's probably one of the few free to play games that you genuinely don't need to spend any money at all on.
