Leak in the house, agency needs permission from landlord...

Do you have contact details for the landlord or just the agency?
We have found before that agencies can just be **** and not actually pass faults on.

Just the agency, the landlord, I have never seen or spoken to, lives in London as far as I am aware, no where near this property.

Nightmare :(
It might be worth asking the agency for contact details, though I doubt they are under any rule that says they should give you them.
 
The main leak is fixed, and they resealed the bath and panels too! :)

Found out the owner of the agency is emailing us now (9PM last night!), so looks like the mould will be fixed quickly, hopefully we will hear something today. :)
