The blue filter is one area where dice totally ignored feedback, people were complaining about that for months and the one and only response dice gave was "its part of the art direction" and that was it. You'd think building in an option to turn it of would have been possible.
Yeah that was a complete joke and is one of the other main reasons why I uninstalled the game, didn't like their attitude at all!
They did originally say that they would implement an option via developer console, however, more or less said, don't expect any bug fixes, support etc. that are encountered with it i.e. when you use IR scope etc.
But then that quickly changed to the response you posted there
Was such a joke as literally every one hated it after seeing the photo and video comparisons of what the game could have looked like, how on earth they could say that their art direction was good

I will laugh and laugh if they don't have any of that blue, black and white filter stuff going on with the final version of BF 4, as we all said many months ago, expect them to market it as an improvement in BF 4.
Don't base too much on any "confirmed" things unless they show substantial video/pictures (that image is for 360, remember PS 3 and 360 had VOIP for bf 3 but not on the PC) of said features as remember they did a lot of this with BF 3
BF3, but with the stuff we forgot or didnt have time to add last time then ?
Yup, exactly my thoughts so far, what BF 3 should have been from the start.
