Final build - Thoughts?

Hi,

After weeks of deliberating I think I've decided on the parts for my new build. Will the PSU be okay with this system and will the CPU cooler fit okay inside this case? Any advice would be great. Will mainly use it for gaming!

All looks fine to me. I would get a UD series board rather than the OC though, unless you are a complete overclocking nut, as its quite a specialised bit of kit and IIRC it sacrifices some of the luxuries of boards like the UD4H to go for out and out OC potential

I would go with:

Thanks I went for GB due to warranty. What are MSI like for RMA's?

Sure, I don't know what the actual IC's used are (maybe ask 8 Pack?), but I have some Team xtreme 2400 RAM here and I can get it to work at 2666Mhz with similar timings to its 2400Mhz XMP profile, or use the 2400Mhz XMP profile and tighten some of the timings up nicely.

You've got one of the best there. You could look at CLC's like Corsair H80/100 or Antec 920......

If you are getting low profile RAM, you'll be fine. I can get the Patriot RAM undermine and that give 0.5cm clearance form the K2 cooler. RAM like the Corsair Vengeance will not fit.

Finally ordered my build, went for this lot in the end

Got a Logitech G400 brand new for £14, and ordered a Sidewinder X4 keyboard. The board comes with the free cooler, as I don't intend to OC much, can't wait!
