Customer Service Software for eBay / Amazon

Basically I am selling a few items on eBay and Amazon and as the sales grow so do the emails / questions coming in.

Is there any piece of software out there that will take the messages from eBay and Amazon customers and but them in one place for people to look at and reply?

I tried "Freshdesk" but eBay blocks messages going to customers from that and the freshdesk support team do not want to help sort it out.

I was looking at replymanager.com but that does not seem as customizable as freshdesk.

TLDR: Need CS software for ebay/amazon sales like freshdesk but something that works
 
If you've got somewhere to host it, maybe something like spiceworks? I know it's more for IT/tech support, but it's got the ticketing system which might do what you want?
 
I think it's great when you buy an item from an eBay seller and you receive no less than 10 emails about the most pointless things to do with your purchase.

Epic saga Luke, do you like it when you ask a question that does not get answered?

I will have a look at that spiceworks thanks. It does look as though it is going to have to be a piece of IT software.
