I don't see the point in this.

I do. Physically, it's a very sensitive area. Psychologically, it's a strong show of trust. Socially, it's somewhat taboo. All of those things can be sexual.

Bit too risky in my opinion, though. It's too easy for eyes to get infected and even clean mouths are very far from sterile.
