Were now selling below our cost, we just want to clear out what is now remaining. NVIDIA set their pricing higher than AMD, just the way it is.
The cheapest 670 is still £22 dearer than the cheapest 7950 and the cheapest 680 costs £10 more than the cheapest 7970 ghz. I was expecting something a bit more dramatic going by the title Gibbo.![]()
But you can get a 770 for £320, so why would you buy a 680 for the same price?
I think they will need to be below £300 to shift them.
do you want cuda, physx etc for free ?
well with £228 under my belt, i'll squeeze in the 10 odd quid more for the KFA2 670, as I was originally going with a XFX DD 7870 Tahiti card and a 500w Corsair PSU, but I can wait a while to grab the PSU as the 670 will be a lot better.
I'd say 2 year warranty on a gpu is enough
you're not going to be so fussed with it in 2 years time performance wise - unless you go for a Titan or something now
Hoped the 670 wf3 would have come down in price more. Paid £269 a year ago and its only £30 cheaper. Lower the price for those that want sli goodness plz![]()
