Specs? its got less cores than a 660TI and they retail for £240 and under, Nvidia boost the clocks and stick a 256bit bus on it and that is supposed to warrant a £240+ price tag? 660ti is a better buy and the 670 looks godly compared to the 760.

Just look at the figures this 760 seems sadly pointless... It sit between the 660 and the 660ti.. Why?
The whole point of the 660ti is to bridge the gap from the £160 (GTX 660) market to the £260-£300 (GTX 670 Market) with a £210-£230 Price point it fills this well..
It just seems like a strange re-branding excerise. Unless the extra 1GHz of memory clock will give a huge improvement in FPS.

If my maths are correct the $299 comes out to £228 inc VAT, oh Nvidia what are you doing. 
The only saving grace might be just how well/bad it performs with the wider bus and higher clock speed than the 660ti.

770 is slightly higher then a 680
How are your 770's and did you get the reactors off?

He has 770 Lightnings, which can be over volted to 1.3V (I would only do this under water though). With the better memory modules on the 770's, I would expect them to beat a 680, even the super clocked ones.
But that is a bit of a non argument. You can overclock a 770 (cheap one) and it will beat an overclocked 680 (super clocked one). Not sure what your point is?
and I can overclock a gtx 670 to beat them both under ln2.... the point is which a gtx 770 is faster than a btx 680 by a little (depending on the game and resolution) ; the roadmap from last year showed a gtx 760 being a little slower than a gtx 670

You should just compare like for like and my Lightnings were £450 each (680's), so in effect, the 770 Lightning is £50 cheaper for more power.
Better yet, get a 7970 for £300 ^^^
Not a bad shout Humbug. As I see it now, the 770/7970 are equal with the 7970 having the advantage in faster memory and the 1GB extra (not sure if the new 770 memory modules is still a shackle at bigger resolutions) and the 770 having the advantage in PhysX effects for the games that use it and forth coming games.
Flip a coin in honesty if you are a 1080P gamer and not fussed with the extra game effects.
