Asus Graphics card RMA details.

I've just had an email from the vendor saying the RMA for the MSI graphics card has been rejected. Not very happy right now. :mad: :(

I blame myself TBH for not sending the original card back earlier when it started artifacting.
 
Got the card back, popped it back in & it seems to be working again, I don't know if they managed to get it to work? I sent them their version of a webnote, their reply was 'we'll look into it' & didn't hear from them about it (So much for their customer service) If it packs up again then I'll have to get a new card.

If the card I bought 6 months ago still the same price today will they issue a full refund?

And good to know things are finally working for you OP. I've RMA'd Asus once with a mobo and they refurbished it and got it back to me within a month so guess you got unlucky.
