Kraken X30 pump noise

When I put my X60 in extreme mode the pump makes a loud noise. It doesn't do it in silent mode. Touching the pump doesn't help. Anyone else have this issue or have a fix?

I know someone who has the same cooler and almost the same problem.
His makes a noise at extreme too and moving the pipes helps a little but he get the occasional noise in custom mode too but it only lasts a few seconds. His too does not do it at all in silent mode.

What I don't get is that the pump speed is constant so why is it loud only in extreme mode?

I have the X60 too, when in extreme mode i only hear the fans spin up, the pump hardly makes a noise at any time.

+1. I hardly hear the pump. Only the fans. If you can hear the pump over the fans on extreme mode, something certainly is wrong.

Turns out that its 1 of the fans on the rad and not the pump at all. So I need to replace the fan. Anyone know model the fans are?
