How strong do you have your coffee/tea

Single shot americano with milk please, whoever thought of making 2 shots the standard in coffee shop chains wants beating with a stick. Most independent places I go to seem to gave the standard as 1 shot.

Madness!

Yorkshire tea, strong with a dash of milk. Anyone who puts sugar in tea is a philistine.

Recently started making it with the milk in with the tea bag first before the water goes in and it makes a near perfect cup every time. No scum on the top when you leave it to brew for 4-5 minutes. The water has to literally have just boiled though or it isn't hot enough to steep once the milk has taken it down a few degrees.

Tea -
Very strong, standard english breakfast tea, squidge the teabag against the side over and over until it's damn strong, then quite a bit of milk.

Coffee -
If Instant - Strong + milk + 1 Sugar
If Coffee shop/cafe - Medium triple shot latté
If "proper" home percolator/coffee maker - Strong black

Don't see how people can drink Nescafe. It tastes like compost.

This. In my workplace, it's referred to as having a cup of 'brown'. It sure as hell doesn't taste like coffee should, so I think it's a fair name for the stuff.

Tea is a visual indicator to show others you are a bum bandit and possibly a dole bludger. Espresso no sugar. Sometimes a cappuccino first thing.

Tea - Depends entirely on the type/flavour of tea I am drinking, for example:

- 1886 / Irish breakfast - Extremely strong with Milk
- Black Tea with Lemon / Mango - Strong with Milk
- Sunshine Grey/Redbush - Weak/Medium without milk

Coffee - Strong enough to bore a hole through the fabric of space time.

Better than stinking of coffee :(

Guy I used to work with used to drink the stuff by the gallon. And he was a heavy smoker - Christ, he stank to high heaven.

Have to have my tea as strong as tea bag will allow.

I bought a load of Typhoo £2.89/300 (bargain) from Savers and leave the tea bag in when I drink it usually.

Only drink coffee (skinny capuccino) at one of my two favourite cafes now.

Tea, strong with or without milk, but no sugar

Coffee, At home its a mug full of espresso. At work its a medium strength filter coffee.

Never ever touch instant they all taste like ****.
