Losing belly quick

We're talking about the skinny jean wearing long haired only got abz because they've never had a square meal sort of manchild though.

No man in this world should be able to fit into skinny jeans, if they can well they need a hard look in the mirror and start ****ing squatting.

You've missed the point I'm afraid. :)

Oh my bad, I thought you were saying anyone with low BF wasn't alpha. My apologies :)

Zyzz managed to fit in skinny jeans and his legs were pretty huge:

I can almost guarantee they were not skinny jeans, but they were just tight due to him having bigger legs than the average joe.

This, I can make normal cut jeans look like skinny jeans.
I wouldn't get real skinny jeans past my calves.

I'm sure he stated he wore skinny jeans. I don't see why it matters how you dress or look anyway to how alpha you are. Russell Brand dresses a bit queer and is skinny but he's very smart and comes across extremely alpha.

Russell brand comes across as a toss pot, and not masculine at all.

Initially the joke was about skinny female looking men = beta - why fashion comes into it I don't know. It is just a bit of fun you realise?

He carries himself as very masculine I'd say, women froth at the crotch for his wit/humour and the Jesus beard. Of course it's just a bit of fun but it comes across as very judgmental.

Opinions are like ********* - we all have them. As long as you're not a **** about how you say it, it's perfectly fair. I don't think much of the skinny man/petite males - but then again I never will be that sort of person. Russell Brand has a big mouth, that's about it.

so what forum of exercise is the best for helping lose weight in a specific area, I am 5'8" and weight about 65KG.. however i have a belly and love handles?. I am doing a 5KM run once a week, doing 2 gym sessions (weights) and playing hockey once or twice a week also. However it does not seem to be helping my lose my tummy.

Pretty much.. I'd love for there to be a way of reducing fat from a certain area unfortunately we just cannot (other apt ham liposuction :p)

It's also about genetic make up and whether you are male or female we have propensity for storing fat a certain way also owing to our hormonal profile.

Monitoring how you get on a monthly basis is the best way, but getting those last lbs of fat are very hard, hitting some weights to build a bit of muscle can help too.

i am doing two weight lifting sessions a week currently... but will take on your comments onboard, thanks :)

thank for replies guys. I'm not fat at all, in fact i am rather skinny. Just thought maybe I should change my gym routine for a bit to do more/purely cardio just to lose that extra and then get back on to lifting. I guess I should just stick to it and it will eventually go.

also, do abs exercises help with losing belly fat at all?

You sound like a skinny fat person. What you need to do is lift weights, eat and grow muscle. At the moment you look skinny with a belly because you have very little lean body mass. Grow those muscles and the belly will take of itself. That doesn't mean trying to look like Arnold. Just adding to your frame. Stick to compound movements. Deads, squats, military lifts to start with if you don't do them already.

Also, losing body fat is 90% done in the kitchen. Yeah you have to do lifting/ some form of exercising but if your diet is not in check then you are going to see very slow/bad results.
