Why should you have to put up with this though? Out of the millions of people looking for work, just choose another who doesn't have this "disorder" and who doesn't impact the business through not turning up on time.

Yeah. Those disabled ******s. **** 'em.
It's not about though really. I had people working for me that may have had issues but they always turned up on time. Those that don't got reprimanded for it. Whatever your issues if you need to be at work at a certain time, be there.
Of course there are mitigating circumstances that you can accept from time to time. But some of my staff that used to be constantly late in the morning were given the option to move to afternoon only shift or showed the door.
Preceisely. Business waits for no man. And no-one is unexpendable.
