Customer survey GCSE Business Studies - OP READ POST #14

I do sometimes feel that as OCUK customers and forum users, we are a little oversampled when it comes to GCSE, A-Level and dissertation surveys...

Still, I went and answered the questions. There really are only three and it takes about 20 seconds, though question 3 is a little odd - you really need at least two of the four options!

Sod the online survey !

Do it the proper way get a freaking clipboard, pen and paper and get you ass out into the streets and ask people :D

Survey questions are pretty dodgy. The last question - some of each is implied in the others, so there's redundancy there. And "direct" in this instance does include the Forums... so you've got more redundancy there, too.

Done, but it seems rather pointless. Especially from people who are part of the forums for the shop in hand, you're going to get similar answers across the board.

I'm on the fence here.
Whilst I welcome new members to the forum, and it's great that we have such a large userbase, I get the impression that this user has joined solely for spam and won't continue to use the forums once he/she has the sufficient number of survey responses.
As such, I'm giving the newby until 5pm to convince me that he will be an active member of the community, otherwise it's byebye!
