There isn't really such a thing AFAIK, and it would be pointless anyway as nearly every home user's IP changes on a regular basis - you normally have to pay your service provider to acquire a fixed "Static" IP.

Quite often you can have the same ip for yonks, the thing is it's not guaranteed to stay the same.

Maybe OP was at school today and on his way home.

OK he may have had time during the lesson to post his survey link. But it's not like he'll be on OcUK during all his school lessons standing-by to prove himself to the GD mob. At least let the kid get home, and even then when one gets home from school, the last thing on ones mind would be their Business Studies survey.

I don't think he just randomly chose OcUK to spam his survey. This guy likes Overclockers or he/parents have been a customer in the past.
