That is amazing, it seems strange that something as simple as a steady flow of current to a certain area in the brain can cure it. Seems really simple yet very effective.

I remember seeing something similar on TV not long ago. A women was undergoing surgery while conscious with the surgeon probing in her brain. She had to have a cranial clamp which did look quite painful so her head could be stabilized. He stuck two nodes in to the right place and tuned it to pulse at the right rhythm until the shaking was almost gone completely. Was amazing to watch.
 
That video is fake, I know a chap with a sevear form and he shakes when trying to move, when laying down he is fine

Your friend has a difference in his PD then! as one of the main symptoms of PD is a tremor that is apparent when resting! when engaging in activity tremors decrease, as oppose to ET (Essential Tremor) were tremors occur when people are engaged in activity and not at rest!

by the tremors and neck contractions in the video it fits with PD.
