If you want to remain just friends just be nice to her, women hate that stuff. Puts them off straight away, they can smell the wussy-ness on a man.
 
Sometimes its just not possible to "stay in the friend zone" especially if she wants to get inside your pants, she'll take any kind of rejection however mild, badly.

Friend of mine continually got "attention" from someone he used to work with, text messages, even showed up outside work trying to, er, distract him. He ignored it but she didn't give up, he already had a long term girlfriend. Eventually the gf found the text messages on his phone and phoned her up, had a pretty frank conversation afaik. That, apparently, was the end of that.

They're married now, him and the gf, not the borderline stalker.
 
I haven't read the rest of this thread but I can assure you that, knowing women, any attempt to stay in the friend zone will only end up with you in the underpant zone

Have to say that that is an interesting out come, I wouldn't have put money on you all becoming friends!

Did you tell the missus that you found her attractive and that is one of the contributing factors of wanting a friendship?

Also did you mention at you were concerned that your new friend may want to be more than friends and you are not sure how to handle it if the opportunity came around?

Wow, this is almost too good to be true. Did you include the bit about thinking this Chinese girl was hot, to both her and your GF, or did you tactfully leave that bit out in this get together?

Same, was a gamble but all worked out in the end. Shows that if you're honest sometimes things can work out better than you expect.

Ofc not, but the girl knows where she stands and there is absolute no chance. Shes okay with friendship and hasn't mentioned anything since.

Im just happy she isn't after my visa lol
