Is this a decent build for £670, or could I improve it any more?

What are the uses for this PC?

The board supports SLI+Crossfire yet the PSU is a bit weak, a 650W+ will be better if you wanted to use a pair of GFX cards in the future?

Seems decent enough, obviously the case you are choosing is quite expensive so that is a big chunk of the budget. Also, should aesthetically please as it seems to all match regarding colours. As Stulid mentioned, future plans may require a bigger PSU, other than that, whoop whoop!

I was trying to fit a 7950 in there but I felt you had to sacrifice a little too much to get it. If you went for a cheaper case you could probably fit one in quite easily.

I'm assuming this is a gaming build, by the way?

Sorry I forgot to mention the PC would be mainly used for light gaming and more for daily usage, the reason I got the case was for upgrade ability in the future.

I'm only looking to stay on one 7870 or now and probably look to get a 7950/70 in the future. I will probably look to crossfire at a later stage.

What PSU would you recommend then?

Well there is a B Grade 500R for £75 but dunno what accessories would be missing, just like the case aesthetics and the cooling options. What PSU would you guys recommend?

Nice update on the build, but the PSU is pants to be honest (not very well made etc) here is a good one,

To be honest I don't think I need that kind of power in my system.

Well you want a 750W PSU for Crossfire which the motherboard can do (properly too) but the XFX 750W PSU is also £71.99, so I thought you may asw well have the extra headroom.

Thanks for that but I think for the next 4-5 years one 7870 would be enough for me with my life getting busier and I will probably will not have enough time to game on it.

You can make some adjustments and get a better CPU then if you only want a single GFX card,

An AMD system is still capable when gaming - http://www.overclock3d.net/reviews/systems/amd_8350_7970_gaming_rig_review/14 - this shows An AMD Piledriver compared to a very expensive CPU from Intel.

gtx 760, will prolly last you a good few years
amd fx6300 is essentially the same chip as the fx6350 (just slightly lower clocked) when overclocked, its the same
ssd included
zalman z9 u3 = bang for buck, 3 fans + temp probe + fan controller + window included
xfx core 550 = cheap + reliable psu
thermalright ts120 = cheap and good performance cooler
