This is why I love Steam and Valve

One of my clanmates bought this and streamed himself playing it which worked really well especially as he's somewhat excitable and gets frustrated :D

Highly entertaining. I can imagine playing it on your own, however, without the mockery of others, the novelty could wear off.

the creators of Surgeon Simulator are great,

Steam sucks,

...sorry, Steam sucks like a toothless whore, but in the absence of any other whore.....

Origin?UBIsofts **** one? GFWL?

Steam is brilliant, i have no issues with it and generally only buy games that i can get through steam for convenience.

Thats just it isnt it, there are alternatives though they dont have the variety, so the masses flood to Steam for lack of other avenues. No competition = captive market, you as a consumer gets milked....ok im being a little negative, i just wish their was a competitor (a serious one). Competition breeds a healthy market which benefits the consumer.

I have a ludicrous amount of Steam games and yes some games which have or would have gone by the wayside have been given the air of publicity, but listening to some of the games developers, Steam are pretty cut throat in their business practices...

but back to the point Surgeon Simulator is hilarious...if you havent seen it already, watch Birgirpall's 'i broke Surgeon Simulator' video on youtube totally wet myself...at work, cant link.

This information brought to you by six years ago.

Give it another go, it's great (by far the best of the DRM/DL managers out there)

Still lacks a lot of bloody simple things mind you and takes them years to add them when they do, but you are right, easily the best and community features etc. are all really nice.

Still, bring on the dribbling haters
