Gaming upgrade £750 budget!

Hey guys, I'm looking for some suggestions on upgrading my PC to basically be able to run the Witcher 3 game on close as to max settings. I run all my games at 1920x1080. If possible I'm like a Midi tower (like the corsair obsidian 350D), but if that will put me massivley overbudget, then I can go without.

I currently have:

i5 2500k @ 3.3ghz
4gb Ram
AMD 6950
Seagate 1TB Sata HD

The 350D has fewer expansion slots, not as many hdd bays and no fan controller. Also does`nt have a window. The Cpu height is 160 max and it only fits mATX or mITX mobos.
So if you decided on the 350, you would need to change the mobo and cooler.
