Hi All

Just thought I would post up a big of bangernomics - new car for the wife.

Bought last week for 1500 beer tokens

Ford Focus Ghia 2.0
100k
Full service history - lots of receipts for brake discs pads, new tyres, and cambelt - all done recently.
Automatic, Climate control, 4 x Electric windows
Alloys, ABS etc, all working
Excellent alloys and bodywork

Bought it mainly so the wife would have something to drive around town, and she had to have an auto. Bit of a stop gap till we can find something else next year . But am really starting to enjoy driving it - nice smooth auto, great drive, nice and comfortable on long journeys.

Here are some pics ( C3 Picasso and Porker looking bit sad with the new arrival . . . . )

Looks like it has been well looked after. TBH I'd much rather drop £1500 on a car that is running on decent rubber, good brakes, well serviced etc. than spend half that and straight away having to start shelling out getting everything up to scratch.

On to of that there'd be a small premium on the auto box I guess?
