Tour de France 2013 *** Spoilers ***

Great conclusion to Celebrate the 100th Tour.

Must have been today that they were celebrating all the **** ups in the history of the tour. There have been a few. But today was was up there.

Flippin' eck. Geraint Thomas has gone for an X-ray! I had him as my winner of the white young jersey. Ian Stannard has hurt his hip.

Hang on, I've been duped! Geraint is 27 now.

I don't normally bother with highlights but I shall be glued again at 7pm to see what the aftermath of all that was.

Would have been even more carnage if they had finished at the 3k to go point with that corner right in front of it...

Got to love the bus driver...

Does anyone know how we can watch France Télévisions here? There were lots of extra interviews on France 2 with loads going nuts. I might have to take out a Golden Frog VPN subscription.

+1 he's not really a lucky bloke at the best of times but this was a legit chance to get in yellow seeing as no prologue.

Losing Tony Martin will be a huge blow as well. I would guess that on a more organised day Tony would have been the first man in the leadout train and dragged it along at superhuman speeds for a long way.

Oh thats good. I heard he had broken his collar bone.

Even if he has to abandon the tour now, at least the 'soft tissue damage' shouldnt keep him out as long as a broken bone.

I'm thinking the short but steep kick (8.9% over 1k) about 10k from the end might suit Gilbert or J-Rod. Although i doubt J-Rod would be allowed to get away as he is a good contender for the overall.
