Yeah, good. Some comments...

Don't think you need the fan, but OK.

As for the 7950, I'm sure you've weighted your options (GTX 760, or a different 7950).

Except the Freezer Pro. At least get a Nero 3, True Spirit 120, or better. You can drop the MX-2 if you want.

Build is good as is, except the CPU cooler :) Any cooler will fit with that memory.

You will just need a phillips head screwdriver.

OcUK will charge for assembly. I'd say, about £150, £200.

I've just been debating the Freezer 7 cooler, but instead I went for the ThermalTake True Spirit 120 Rev A, ok its and extra £5, but you get a 120mm fan instead of 92mm. From what I read (which may not be right), its also around the Hyper 212 Evo performance range.

Didn't even notice I had selected the OEM version!
Mmm.. not convinced about the Win 8 thing.... I have 7 and had no issues.
Is the 770 that much better than the 7950 for the cost increase? I was trying to keep the pennies nearer the £1200 mark.
Yes the memory is faster, but that is only 8Gb. Apart from gaming it gets used for a lot of video editing, so the high memory I think would be handy.
Looked for ages at the CPU coolers... could not see the wood for the trees!

CLC? What is that?....

Thermalright make quality coolers. The TIM that comes packaged is really good too so I'd highly recommend them.

Looks good :)

PSU should be OK, I don't have a problem with it, but there are better rated units for a little more, and you don't need 750W like say, a Gold rated 550W PSU. You'll hit 50% usage, so low loads so plenty of headroom.
